Online Booking Reminders

 
 
  • If no appointments are available online, contact your stylist directly. They may be fully booked, have not opened their schedule yet, or may not have enough time available for your requested services.

  • Please book the correct service(s) to ensure enough time is reserved for your appointment.

  • Stylists open their schedules a few months at a time, so pre-booking before you leave the salon is recommended.

  • After your confirmation email is sent, online cancellations and rescheduling are no longer available. Contact your stylist directly for assistance.

  • All stylists can be reached through the salon website.

  • If you're planning a major color or style change, let your stylist know in advance so adequate time can be scheduled.

  • Annie and Michelle do not offer online booking.


Salon Policies

 
 

Appointment Cancellation

We appreciate you cancelling due to illness or potential covid exposure and understand these types of cancellations might come at the last minute, we extend grace.

If you are cancelling for other reasons please plan ahead and give us 24-48 hours notice so we are able to accommodate another client.

To avoid a cancellation fee, all cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for half of the scheduled service. Not showing for your appointment will result in a charge for the full service.

Product Return/Exchange

We want you to love your products! Our stylists work with you to recommend products that fit your hair and lifestyle. If you are unsatisfied with a styling product or tool, we are happy to return or exchange it for an item that better fits your needs within 10 days of purchase.
